Key Components

  1. Private Messaging:
    • Users can initiate direct chats with colleagues to communicate efficiently and securely.
    • Messages are organized in chronological order, with a timestamp for each message to track communication history.
  2. Group Messaging:
    • Admin Control: Admins can create groups for teams, projects, or specific purposes and add or remove users as needed.
    • Users can collaborate within groups, making it easier to share updates, files, and ideas.
  3. Helpdesk Integration:
    • The chat system doubles as a Helpdesk for resolving complaints and queries.
    • Users can start a chat with an authorized support agent.
    • Once the issue is resolved, either the user or the agent can end the chat with a dedicated End Chat button, marking the conversation as complete.
