• Create Announcements:
  • Admins can craft announcements with detailed messages tailored to various purposes.
  • Choose from predefined categories like Alerts, Birthday Wishes, Employee of the Month, Emergencies, Notifications, or Noticeboard Updates to give context to the message.
• Employee Acknowledgment:
  • Employees must Confirm each announcement to mark it as read.
  • Unconfirmed announcements will continue to appear at login, ensuring no important updates are missed.
• Flexible and Timely Updates:
  • Use the system to inform employees about changes, recognize achievements, or alert them to emergencies.
  • Keep the workplace connected, informed, and motivated.
